The PREPARE/ENRICH assessment tool is a widely used instrument designed to help couples strengthen their relationships, whether they are preparing for marriage or seeking to improve their existing marriage. Developed by Dr. David Olson and his colleagues, the tool is grounded in research and aims to identify strengths and areas for growth within a relationship. The premarital preparation helps couples prepare for marriage by identifying potential areas of conflict and strengthening their relationship before they tie the knot. The marital enrichment provides married couples with insights into their relationship dynamics, helping them to enhance communication, solve problems, and deepen their connection. The tool can be tailored to different needs, such as focusing specifically on premarital preparation or marital enrichment, and can be adapted for various cultural and relationship contexts.
Couples sessions are $180/50 minutes; Intake session is $240/60-75 minutes.
