My hope for you…

Life can be such a challenging road to travel, and I want to celebrate you for making this courageous step in your journey of healing.

It is my hope to validate your experience, help you feel seen and heard, help you find & accept yourself unconditionally, process & heal from past trauma, and manage emotions. If any of these desired outcomes sound like a personal goal for you, then we may be a good fit therapeutically.

I will help you reach your goals through trauma-informed care, while holding acceptance and change together, with a specialization in EMDR, DBT, and RO-DBT.
